第46回風力エネルギー利用シンポジウムの「一般研究発表論文」と「ポスター」を募集いたします。英語でのご発表も受付いたしますので、奮ってご応募下さい。より多くの方々に発表いただきたいという主旨から、一人で発表できる件数は一件に制限致しますのでご了解ください。一人で複数の論文を投稿される場合は、論文ごとに異なる発表者を登録してください。なお、同一テーマでの論文発表とポスター展示の場合は、両方で一件とみなします。
従来通り35歳以下の学生会員・個人会員の優秀な口頭発表者には「優秀発表賞」を、優秀なポスターを制作した個人またはグループには「ポスター賞」を設け、次年度の総会時に表彰いたします。

【開催日時】
2024年11月28日(木) 9時30分～17時30分　依頼講演Ⅰ・Ⅱ、学期からの報告、ポスター展示
　　　11月29日(金) 9時～17時30分　一般研究発表、ポスター展示

【発表形式】
・口頭発表、口頭発表とポスター展示、ポスター展示の3形式による発表
・口頭発表時間は論文1件につき、発表12分、質疑応答3分を予定

【口頭発表とポスター発表の登録方法】
①専用サイト「Confit」でアカウント登録ください。https://jweasympo.confit.atlas.jp/login
　（既に Confit アカウントをお持ちの方は②へお進みください）
②アカウント登録の後に、抄録（アブストラクト）を入力下さい。
③学会の企画・運営委員会で抄録をレビューし、採択・否採択をご案内いたします。採択されましたら、定められた期間に論文とポスターを投稿（PDF）下さい。
④ポスターは、別途、公開用として画像形式でアップロードいただきます。詳細は別途ご案内致します。
⑤投稿要領および論文とポスターの体裁見本は次ページ以後をご参照ください。
⑥発表者は当学会の会員であることが必要です。（入会案内：https://www.jwea.or.jp/membership/）

We JWEA is inviting of “General research papers” and “Posters” for the 46th Wind Energy Symposium.
Please note that in order to allow as many people as possible to make presentations, there will be a limit of one presentation per person. If you are submitting multiple papers by yourself, please register a different presenter for each paper. In the case of a paper presentation and a poster exhibition on the same theme, both will be considered as one project. As in the past, an “Excellent Presentation Award” will be awarded to outstanding oral presenters among student membership and individual membership under the age of 35, and a “Poster Award” will be awarded to individuals or groups who produce excellent posters. These will be presented at the next annual general meeting.

[Presentation Method]
3 types of presentations: Oral Presentation, Oral Presentation and Poster Exhibition, and Poster Exhibition
Each oral presentation time is scheduled to be 12 min. for presentation and 3 min. for Q&A.

[How to register for oral and poster presentations]
①First, register an account on the dedicated website “Confit”. https://jweasympo.confit.atlas.jp/login
②After registering your account, enter your abstract.
③The Association’s Planning and Management Committee will review the abstract and notify you of its acceptance or rejection. If accepted, submit your paper and poster (PDF) within the specified period.
④Separately, upload the poster in image format for public viewing. Details will be provided separately.
⑤Please refer to the following pages for Submission Guidelines and Paper and Poster Formats.
⑥Presenters must be members of the Association.
